KADV Trip to Belitung
KADV Group recently enjoyed a delightful three-day retreat in Belitung, a stunning island in East Sumatra, Indonesia. Colleagues gathered at the Sheraton Belitung Resort, a luxurious haven offering stunning island vistas. The retreat provided a wonderful opportunity to unwind and reconnect outside the usual work environment.
A highlight of the trip was a visit to the captivating Kaolin Lake, known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters. The group also shared a memorable barbeque dinner under the starlit Belitung sky. Beyond these enjoyable activities, the retreat fostered a sense of camaraderie and collaboration amongst employees. These informal interactions and team-building exercises are instrumental in cultivating a more positive and productive work atmosphere.
